Addy offers clinical psychology services for individuals aged 18 or over.  Addy works with a variety of psychological modalities, including evidence-base therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Solution Focussed Therapy, as well as third-wave therapies. Addy adjusts her psychological therapy approach to meet each individual person's needs and preferences.   

The Emotional Clearing Process (ECP), developed by John Ruskan, is a very effective therapeutic intervention  for overcoming strong emotions and for releasing unresolved emotional pain issues. ECP is also widely accepted as an important tool to support spiritual work and spiritual integration work. 

For people who are finding themselves on a deep spiritual quest to find their True Nature, it is common to have to face and clear ingrained patterns of behavioural and emotional conditioning. Facing the conditioned behavioural and emotional patterns, and learning to let go of our attachments is often referred to as doing Shadow Work. 

The practice of Yuan Qigong complements psychological therapies beautifully. Other than offering great physical and emotional benefits, Yuan Qigong also offers a comprehensive pathway for personal and spiritual development, and the development of Wisdom and Realization. Yuan Qigong has a solid base in the ancient knowledge of the Chinese Wisdom culture.
